Okay, I'm a girl and my nails are really bad.
I bite like crazy. I know it's serious. Never bleed / hurt.
Please tell me to grow. Do not say eat more nuts or protein.
Bite not, uh, I bite my nails. : POhwell.

Do not tell fake nails, or keep them painted. I bite my painting.

I think that we really need to do is to break the habit of biting her fingernails / toenails. You can put a kind of perfume, bathing in the fingers, the smell does not bite. The same with nails.

I recommend you use acrylic nails, but say not so, it will be to advise further. My sister bit her nails soaked in the solvent, so that when you tried to bite his nails .. really disgusting and it does not bite. Try this!
