We have just bought a house 20 years. We had some problems, sanitation at the beginning. The dishwasher can not drain well and sprinkler system prior to sleep the whole night in the night. Off-timer is not working, so I do not shut the reflux. Spray should be released to repair the valve today. But woke up this morning and drops of water into an entrance. Can not tell whence he came, and ran from the carcass. Could all this be told? I turned the water valve and the air leak stopped. All very strange coincidence. Thanks in advance!

It seems much of a coincidence that the leak occurred when the wall tested, only the sprinkler system. I assume that the irrigation valve between the drain and sprinkler system is located. Undoubtedly increase the pressure on the run, when the valve closes. You may have to go to the wall and, hopefully, "repair only" a leak. Worst bad lines. Thin copper begins in some areas of particular environmental aging to lose.

ReplyDeleteProbably a coincidence, unless Pepe's sprinkler system water into the walls. Valve closed to irrigation to no change in pressure inside the house, unless your sprinklers are running 24-7.

I think it depends on where the care is carried out by sprinklers. The leak must be from above, or syringes. When the solenoid valve that controls the jets is high and there is a leak in the pipe between the sprinkler and the closure device is possible. If the water is to flow, and it is the pressure in the hose between the solenoid and the return would not be as high as it is when the tide is closed. You can open the return and see whether the lower flight.
